GENERAL TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

ARTICLE 1 – COMMERCIAL INFORMATION

AMOUL SOLO SUARL - Maison Fimela strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information provided on the website www.maison-fimela.com, and reserves the right to correct the content at any time and without notice. However, it cannot guarantee the completeness or absence of modification by a third party (intrusion, virus). Furthermore, AMOUL SOLO SUARL - Maison Fimela declines all responsibility (direct or indirect) in the event of delay, error, or omission regarding the content of these pages and the use that could be made of them by anyone, as well as in the event of interruption or unavailability of the service.

ARTICLE 2 – BOOKING CONDITIONS

2.1. Deposit and booking confirmation A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking. The balance will be due at check-in. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, armed conflicts, epidemics, government decisions). The booking will only be guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit. A confirmation email will be sent to the client upon receipt of the deposit. If no deposit is received within 24 hours of sending the payment information to the client, AMOUL SOLO SUARL - Maison Fimela reserves the right to re-market the rooms.

2.2. Travel documents Each traveler must have a valid identity document for travel to Senegal. It is the client's responsibility to inquire about the requirements in this regard. If necessary, they should obtain the necessary information from the consulate of the destination and/or transit country.

2.3. Information to be provided by the client The client is required to provide a copy of each traveler's passport at least 48 hours before arrival. Any element that could adversely affect the smooth running of the trip (health condition, dietary habits, etc.) must be communicated at the time of booking.

2.4. Modification of stay dates Booking modifications are accepted, subject to availability and possible price revision. In the event of a change in the departure date during the stay, the client will not be entitled to a refund for unused services.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES OF SERVICES

3.1. Prices The amount fixed at the time of booking is final and includes all mentioned services, subject to obvious material errors.

3.2. Tourist tax In accordance with regulations and local customs, a local tourist tax is also due to local authorities, who set its amount and occasionally make minor changes to it. The tourist tax is 1,000 CFA Francs per night per person. It is not included in the rates available on the website and is payable on site.

ARTICLE 4 – LIABILITY

The responsibility for the execution of the stay and the services included in the booking lies with AMOUL SOLO SUARL - Maison Fimela. However, AMOUL SOLO SUARL - Maison Fimela cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for bodily injuries (accidents, deaths, etc.) or material damages (theft, loss, etc.), nor for any delays that the client and/or their companions may experience during their stay. It is strongly recommended that the client take out insurance covering these risks, a step encouraged by AMOUL SOLO SUARL - Maison Fimela.

ARTICLE 5 – DISPUTES

Disputes relating to services are subject exclusively to Senegalese law and the jurisdiction of the courts of the Dakar judicial district, subject to provisions aimed at protecting consumer rights.
